About Lisa

Lisa has been involved in the Transport industry and lived and breathed it since childhood, working within her father's transport company from a young age.

She has seen and done everything to do with transport, from filing paperwork to supporting operators facing public inquiry with the Traffic Commsionsner.

Lisa suppports other transport managers through her mentorship and coaching, she also founded the Female Transport Manager group to support other females in what is still a very male dominated industry.

Lisa is an award winner too, having been recognised for her support and mentorship of others, 2025 Winner of Women in Motor Transport : Mentor of the Year, Woman Who Achieves Awards 2026: Celebrating Excellence in Business and the nominations keep coming and she has also been short listed for the 2026 everywoman in Transport & Logistics awards in The Entrepreneur Award .
